The USACE Omaha District selected AGEISS to work with the National Guard Bureau to conduct natural resource surveys and develop new Integrated Natural Resource Management Plans for six installations. AGEISS invited HDR to work with us on this project. Our firms will provide biological expertise to plan and conduct habitat and species surveys for multiple taxa and ecosystem features on installations coast to coast.
AGEISS will conduct wetland delineations, grassland and invasive species surveys, and wildlife surveys of bats and T&E species. We will review the National Guard’s current plans, identify and coordinate meetings with installation managers, federal and state wildlife management agencies, and other stakeholders, and deliver new plans that protect and enhance valuable ecosystems and support the military mission.
