AFCEC has selected AGEISS to provide analytical, decision support, and technical expertise to the Air Force Chief Financial Officer. AGEISS will support management of a $2.5B financial portfolio. We will recommend best practices to facilitate centralization of the financial management function.
AGEISS will design financial decision support tools, identify and deploy measurement systems, and support change management with business redirection and enhancement. We will advise on financial and programmatic issues, procedures, and policy.
