AGEISS Awarded USACE Portland District Partnering Facilitation Contract

AGEISS has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, to provide technical and administrative services for facilitated partnering sessions across Oregon and Washington. The goal of this initiative is to foster positive, collaborative relationships among government employees, contractors, and stakeholders working on Veteran Affairs, Civil Works, and Environmental projects within the district.

Under this contract, AGEISS will deliver professionally facilitated partnering sessions designed to define common goals, improve communication, and build cohesive project teams. These sessions will help project teams develop team charters, communication plans, and issue resolution processes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The contract includes a one-year base period with two one-year option periods, and covers both in-person and virtual facilitation as needed.
