AGEISS provides the environmental services that federal facilities need to improve efficiency and comply with regulations and executive orders. Our customer installations have won numerous awards for environmental program excellence.
AGEISS has provided RCRA and CERCLA support to federal facilities since 1988. Since 2011, we have helped manage the Performance-based Remediation program for the USAF. Under that program, AGEISS’ environmental expertise is helping the USAF accelerate and lower the cost of environmental restoration at installations nationwide.
AGEISS has managed recycling and pollution prevention, hazardous waste, air quality, and storm water and wastewater programs at federal sites including Lackland AFB, TX, and Fort Sill, OK. We have performed natural and cultural resources management at sites from Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, to Hickam AFB, HI.
AGEISS has supported EISs for major DOE projects and performed a programmatic EIS for Dugway Proving Ground, UT. We have also completed streamlined EAs to support BRAC projects coast to coast. AGEISS has provided policy development and implementation support to streamline NEPA compliance at USAF installations nationwide.

AGEISS delivers the operational expertise to enhance federal facility readiness and efficiency wherever the government operates. We assist with facility management planning and project management. We facilitate stakeholder involvement, create data sharing programs, and provide project cost, schedule, and quality management for renovation, new construction, and re-use initiatives.
AGEISS has helped meet DoD Base Realignment and Closure goals across the country. At installations slated for shared use by federal agencies, AGEISS coordinated the transfer of property and operational responsibilities to ensure an efficient transition with no loss of readiness. On federal properties transferred to local government and the private sector, AGEISS helped achieve transfer schedules that met the needs of local developers and communities.
AGEISS’ design and construction management expertise has lowered costs, accelerated schedules, and attained required quality standards for MILCON and other renovation and new construction projects. AGEISS has provided construction management services in locations as diverse as Japan, Alaska, and the lower 48.
For the USAF, AGEISS has identified reuse scenarios and facilitated real estate transactions to generate revenue to the U.S. government from underused properties. Projects range from leases for communications towers to hotel and hospital development.

AGEISS has held federal advisory and assistance service contracts since 2001. We have provided on-site and reachback support for policy development, training and implementation, and program and project management of acquisition, construction, financial management, information technology, and regulatory compliance programs for our DoD customers. In 2013 AGEISS was awarded a contract under the $950 million Global Engineering, Integration, and Technical Assistance program to continue advisory and assistance support to the USAF.
